Vladimir Jelenecká - a talented and original artist of Smolensk, a member of numerous art exhibitions. He received his professional education at the Moscow State Academic Art Institute. VI Surikov (workshop O. Savostyuka). After completing school in 1978, B. Jelenecká back to Smolensk, where he lives and works.
