On Saturday, April 20, "KABINET" will hold two in-person auction. At 15:00 will start auction "Literature and art of the Bronze age" (No. 54), and immediately after its completion, — "Not all ruble" (No. 55)

In the elementary section of the catalog contains elegant decorative-прикладного of art: porcelain figurines of the XIX century the famous Meissen porcelain factory ("Cupid with a garland of flowers", "Night and Day", "Boy with goat", etc.), decorative plates (Western Europe, late XIX century), domestic boxes and caddy the first half of the XX century, table frames, among which stands out the picturesque frame, decorated by the drawings of Elizabeth Boehm.

Collectors of printed graphics of the proposed engravings by J. Benner, with portraits of the rulers of Russia from the series "Collection of twenty-four portraits of the Imperial family" (1817), lithographs by F. H. Pauli of the publication "Ethnographic description of the peoples of Russia" (1862), "people's pictures" of the XIX — beginning of the XX century, etchings, woodcuts, lithographs and linocuts of famous Russian artists: Vladimir Favorsky, Konstantin Bogaevsky, Linden Roiter, Alexander City, Ilya Sokolov, evfrosinii Ermilova-Платовой.

Paintings and drawings are represented by names of Leonid Solomatkin, Nicholas Kochergin, Mikhail Esin, Sergei Gerasimov, Arthur Fonvizin, Vladimir Vinokur, Emmanuel Bernstein, Tamara, Cafehaus, Yuri Pimenov, May Miturich. In the collection of the auction — Soviet propaganda posters of the 1920-60-х. — in particular, "Military supplies" (art. V. N. Denis, 1932), and "long live the eternal, indestructible friendship and cooperation between the Soviet and Cuban peoples!" (hood. Yuri Kirshin, photo by S. gourari, 1963). The deltiologists postcard addressed to the first quarter of the twentieth century various subjects — portraits of artists and political figures, erotica, satire, views of cities of Russia. No less interesting are the portraits of Joseph Stalin, Nikolai Bukharin, Alexei Tolstoy, Henri Barbusse, Sergei Obnorsky, pictures of ballet stars and pop works by Igor Koltun.

Undoubted top-лотом auction organizers call a handwritten letter by the famous playwright Alexander Ostrovsky, presumably addressed to the playwright, translator and historian of the theater Vladimir Radyslavka (1877). The collection includes autographs of Soviet writers: Konstantin Simonov, Vasily Lebedev-Кумача, Konstantin trenev, Sergey Sergeyev-Ценского. In the portrait part of the auction, you can find rare editions of the XVIII—XX centuries, devoted to the theatre and ballet, art, historical writings. In particular, the "Chronicle..." (1796) Demetrius, Metropolitan of Rostov, "Monuments of ancient art in Russia" (1850) by Ivan Snegirev, the collection of the Kiev University of St. Vladimir "the Jubilee years. 1611-1613, and 1711-1715 1806-1814" (1911), "catalogue of the picture gallery of the Imperial Hermitage" (1897-1899) Andrei Somov.
