Art of Jean-Michel Basquiat will be presented at the February auction work "Untitled (Pecho /Oreja)», written in 1982-1983. It is full of autobiographical allusions, Spanish words «pecho» (chest) and «oreja» (ear) remind us of the origin of the artist (a Puerto Rican mother, Basquiat, so Spanish was his first language). The choice of words is also not accidental: Basquiat childhood interested in anatomy. From 1989 to 2008, this work graced the recording studio of U2 .. In 2008, it was sold at Sotheby's, and now again put up for auction. Lot is estimated 7-9 million pounds.
