Auction house Phillips de Pury & Company announced that will hold in London and New York series of auctions of contemporary art.

The first auction under the title Now: Art of the 21st Century, held in London on 12 September. They will be presented in the last decade, made the work of relevant artists, photographers and designers.

3 October in New York held an auction of contemporary art in Latin America. Trades under the name of Music will take place in London on 21 November. And on Dec. 12 in New York will be represented by the works of contemporary artists who are devoted to this city.

Phillips de Pury is preparing a directory of articles on each topic. Catalogs will be available to the public two weeks before the auction.

This fall, Phillips also satisfied «traditional» auctions of modern design, photography, mass installations and, of course, painting and graphics. In London, bidding will take place in October (at the same time as the Contemporary Art Fair Frieze), while in New York - in November.
