Forty paintings and appliques of Pablo Picasso will be exhibited at the bidding auction house in London on 25 June
Forty paintings and appliques of Pablo Picasso will be exhibited at the bidding auction house in London on June 25. They are expected to be sold for 500 thousand pounds sterling (about 980 thousand dollars), which will be directed to fund a museum in the Spanish province of Segovia.
This work by Picasso gave to the family of famous Spanish toreador, Luis Miguel Domingina, which was very friendly, in 1958. One pencil drawings - chetyrehuhogo bull - the artist has fulfilled Domingina for the eldest son, Miguel, when he came in Picasso's studio and asked to represent his father's victory in battle with the bulls. In this figure the auction house expects to gain up to 30 thousand pounds sterling.
Earlier art connoisseurs Picasso could see these pictures in the traveling exhibition in Spain, Italy and Switzerland in 2001.
