On the ground floor there will be shops on the roof — restaurant and sculpture, and from the second floor go halls with different areas of art. At night the building will glow: there's a lot of glass in the walls and will be used in special illumination.
And in the new building will house the customs office, which will deal with registration of imported cultural values. Very convenient.
