Laurie is known primarily for his landscapes industrial England - scenes of life of workers on their way to the enterprise, the strikers, playing soccer, walking at fairs, etc. All these people are depicted in their everyday environment, including high-rise buildings, city buildings and factories. Now the unknown work exhibited as part of a retrospective at the Tate Gallery Lauri. In total, the exhibition presents about 90 works by the artist.
