Results of the largest Moscow Contemporary Art Fair
According , the XXIV International Fair of contemporary art" ART MOSCOW » (22-26 September) were sold works of art at 4.465 million euros (6.2 million dollars). Foreign galleries has got 44%of this amount, Russia - 56%. TOP-10 leaders entered the Russian picture "Aidan", "Triumph" and FrolovGallery, as well as Swiss and Japanese BarbarianArtGallery Shiraishi. Most sold products (64%) were carried out by our compatriots.
Among the most popular works is worth noting presented Barbarian 250-kilogram sculpture Ukrainian artist Oksana Mas, made of painted Easter eggs (of which the whole installation took no less than 2,5 thousand).
