Both sides have agreed to amend the terms of their agreement, after which the lenders withdrew Leibovitz had to pay on the loan is September 8, but was unable to do so, and representatives of Art Capital Group went to meet her. They agreed to delay payment of the loan, but a new date, which was appointed, not named.

According to the new conditions of the contract, Annie Leibovitz, the company bought the rights to all their shots, as well as belonging to her home in Greenwich Village and Reinbek. The amount that she had to pay for it, none of the parties are not reported. At the same time and photos are property collateral, and if Leibovitz again fail to pay, it could lose these assets.
