This fund was established specifically to create 150 thousand jobs in different fields, and the Department of Work and Pensions has 5-10 thousand of these cultural institutions.
As explained by James Pernell, the objective of this project - «join the staff of the new generation who will, or professionals in this field, or be able to apply the valuable knowledge and skills obtained in the field of art, in other professional fields ».
