In the Spanish town of Figueras, which is located in the northeast region of Catalonia, a new museum of Salvador Dali (Salvador Dali). It is located in the house where the famous painter was born and where the family lived Dali 1900 and 1912. The building purchased by the City Council Figueras, and now there are restoration work, estimated at about 2,9 million euros. After graduation in the halls of the museum will display works created by the wizard at the beginning of XX century, which will form the core exhibit, as well as temporary art installation.
This museum will be the second in Figueras, after a famous worldwide Dali Theater-Museum, which houses the largest and diverse collection of outstanding surrealist. It is also a crypt, where Dali is buried.
