Chair of the Board will take 48-year-old Bernd Runge (Bernd Runge), who until recently was vice president of Condé Nast International. Simon de Piura (Simon de Pury) will remain chairman of the auction house. It will deal with the art, while Runge will assume management of the business. In the new post of head of the company will come March 1.

Bernd Runge joined Condé Nast in July 1997. The company publishes popular magazines, including Vogue, GQ, Glamour, AD, Vanity Fair and The New Yorker. During the eleven years that Runge held at Condé Nast, the company has achieved great success - he led the launch of new magazines in Germany, Russia, Brazil, Greece, Portugal and other countries.
