In a New Year's Eve Gallery Fasanengalerie, located in the prestigious Berlin district of Charlottenburg, was a major robbery. Thieves catch away more than thirty works, the total cost is estimated at 250 thousand dollars. Among the stolen works - prints of Pablo Picasso (Pablo Picasso), Henri Matisse (Henri Matisse) and Georges Marriage (Georges Braque). The situation was exacerbated that works do not belong to the gallery. They were provided at the exhibition opening is scheduled for mid-January.
First, who discovered the loss, was the owner of Fasanengalerie, which came on 1 January and saw that the door is cracked. The police in Berlin believe that the offenders had two or even more: one person would not be able to make so many works, among which were very heavy. In particular, one of the stolen sculpture weighs as much as 100 kilograms. German police believe that soon the work could «come» in any international auctions, so they are going to cooperate with law enforcement authorities in other countries.
