Recently, the bank has decided to share their treasures with the people of Frankfurt and transferred to local Städel Museum entire 600 works of postwar art. These 60 paintings and sculptures and 161 works on paper and 379 prints 45 artists, including Anselm Kifer (Anselm Kiefer), Gerhard Richter (Gerhard Richter), Joseph Beuys (Joseph Beuys), Georg Baselitz (Georg Baselitz) and Martin Kippenberger (Martin Kippenberger). Some work can be seen in a museum now, at the exhibition «First choice: Deutsche Bank Collection in the Städel Museum», which will last until November 9. The rest of the exhibits will move to the museum later on, when will open a new wing of the museum. It was expected that work on it is completed in late 2010 - early 2011.
