Ukrainian billionaire and one of the largest collectors of Eastern Europe, Mr. Pinchuk has become the center of Kiev for a few modern art works of British artist Demiena Hirst auction at Sotheby's. Pinchuk has confirmed that this is a personal auction Hirst, on 15 and 16 September in London. «I will not list [purchased] work. Collector said that in addition to Hirst, the last year he bought his works «favorite artists»: Jeff Koons, Takashi Murakami, Andrés Gurska, Anselm Kifer.

On new acquisitions Pinchuk told in connection with the emergence of a new director of the center of Kiev: they became Eckhard Schneider, a former director of the Austrian assembly Kunsthaus Bregenz.
