Mikhail Shemyakin Foundation will support the Russian participants in the artistic project Turbinegeneration, initiated by a London gallery Tate Modern
Mikhail Shemyakin Foundation will support the Russian participants in the artistic project Turbinegeneration ( «Turbopokolenie») - School of Yekaterinburg and St. Petersburg. Turbinegeneration - an international initiative of the London gallery Tate Modern, which involves schools from Britain, China, Greece and Colombia. The aim of the project is the students understand the world through modern culture.
Mikhail Shemyakin plans to advise students, and at the end of the project he will present their work at his foundation, and in the turbine hall of the gallery Tate Modern (which project and owes its name).
Turbinegeneration The project is supported by Unilever, which sponsors a program of The Unilever Series, an annual personal exhibition of one of the largest contemporary art galleries in the turbine hall of Tate Modern.
