Organizers said the newspaper, insisting that the Moscow Museum of Modern Art and the Chagall Committee held direct talks to resolve the disputed issue.
June 21, Moscow Museum of Modern Art opened the first in Japan, an exhibition of Russian avant-garde. There, in addition to Marc Chagall, the work of many other artists, including Natalia Goncharova, Niko Pirosmani and Kazimir Malevich.
