Tretyakov denied the claim in a complaint to the Sokolov
The court rejected the appeal of Representatives Tretyakov Hamovnicheskogo Court decision on the capital, the «Kommersant», with reference to ITAR-TASS. The reason for the suit were made by Alexander Sokolov at the exhibition «Sots Art», organized by the Tretyakov Gallery in Paris. Under the heading of Jan Smirnitskogo in «Moscow Komsomolets», Alexander Sokolov accused some artists - the exhibitors in the desire «propiaritsya through gnobleniya Russia». «If you have to be registered in the Tretyakov Gallery, then you are automatically worth more! And it is the invasion of private capital into public policy », - quoting his words edition. Representatives of the gallery asked the court to accept these statements discrediting goodwill Tretyakov and oblige «MK» publish a refutation of those words.
