Taganskiy interregional prosecutor in Moscow confirmed the indictment in a criminal case against directors of autonomous non-profit organization culture «The Museum and Public Center" Peace, progress, human rights, "the name of Andrei Sakharov» 57-year-old Yuri Samodurova and Head of the latest currents of the State Tretyakov Gallery 52-year-old Andrei Erofeev. They are charged with incitement of hatred and enmity, as well as humiliation of human dignity by using his official position (clause «b» 2, Art. 282 of the Penal Code of the Russian Federation).

An investigation found that Samodurov and Yerofeyev from 7 to 31 March 2007 in the community center at the address: Str. Zemlyanoy shaft, d. 57g, organized an exhibition entitled «Forbidden Art - 2006».
