Inheritance Seynsberi Simon Tate Gallery

And, of course, was the work of major British artists of the XX century - Francis Bacon and Freud Lusiena. Senior of the artists represented in the collection of impressive Seynsberi «Study for Portrait», written in 1952, when Bacon had developed his famous series «pompous Dad». And Freud's paintings of the famous philanthropist bequeathed many as three: «Girl with a kitten» (the first portrait of the artist's wife), «Smoking boy» and «Portrait of a mother».

Now all eighteen works on display at Tate, and since October 5, five of them move permanently to the National Gallery.
