Ekaterinburg from antiques dealers removed the two documents that had previously been stolen from the Russian State Historical Archive. This was on Monday 23 June, the head of «antique Division» GUVD of St. Petersburg and Leningrad region Vladislav Kirilov.

The decree refers to the awarding of senior government officials. Traders estimate the value of each document to 300 thousand rubles.
