Alexander Golutva appointed Deputy Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation
Prime Minister Vladimir Putin appointed by order of Alexander Golutva Deputy Minister of Culture of Russia
Alexander Golutva from 2000 to 2004 served as first deputy culture minister, who at the time was Mikhail Shvydkoi. At the post Golutva came from the abolished the post of head of the Russian Federation State Committee for Cinematography. The Ministry Alexander Golutva supervised focused on filmmaking, which is well known since the time of the head of the cinematography department of culture of the Leningrad regional committee of the CPSU, and then at the studios «Lenfilm» (in 1985-1987, in the post editor in chief, and from 1987 to 1996 -- Director). So far, Alexander Golutva was Deputy Head of Federal Agency for Culture and Cinematography (Roskultura) Mikhail Shvydkoy. Presidential Decree of 12 May Roskultura was abolished, and the Minister of Culture of the Russian Federation has been appointed Alexander Avdeev. Now Golutva Alexander became his deputy, along with Andrei Busygin, Paul Horoshilovym and State Secretary of Ministry of Catherine Чуковской.
As a producer, Alexander Golutva worked on such film as «diary of his wife» (2000), «Khrustalev car!» (1998), «Peculiarities of National Hunting» (1995), «Taxi Blues» (1990), and others.
