«Night at the Museum» - an international event, which joins the Russian capital for the first time. On the night of 17 to 18 May, 19. 00 to 2. 00, all applicants will be able to visit the exhibition halls, taking part in the event. In total, these days in Moscow museums hold about 200 excursions and cultural programs. The purpose of the action - to attract new visitors to museums, especially the youth.

Late Saturday evening, visitors can examine the basic GMM and several commemorative exhibits, including the «Open ROME!» and «Museum and the artist».

Another major museum, located in the Federation, the Pushkin Museum Pushkin, is also participating in the program. According to the deputy director of the Pushkin Museum for exhibition work Zinaida Bonami, they have a «classic show» recently updated the main exhibit, as well as the exhibition «In my family» and «Antei» Parmigianino.

For those willing to get acquainted with the collections Gima, the Pushkin Museum and the Tretyakov Gallery on Saturday, entrance 19. 00 to 21. 00 will be free.
