a Group of young artists United by the ideas of space physics and philosophy of a unified universe. Originally called the "Quadriga," from 1927 at the suggestion of . K. Rerikh — "Amaravella" (the name loosely translated from Sanskrit sounds like "shore of immortality" or "the germs of immortality"). The artists have experienced the influence of the ideas of K. E. Tsiolkovsky, H. P. Blavatsky, creativity V. E. Borisov-Мусатова, M. A. Vrubel, . K. Čiurlionis, . K. Rerikh.

is the First group exhibition was held in 1923 in Moscow, remained without attention of the press (it was not included in the reference book "Exhibitions of Soviet art". M., 1965, vol. 1). In 1926, the artists met . K. Roerich during his visit to Moscow; in 1927 and 1928 under the auspices of the art center . K. Rerikh Corona Mundi ("Crown of peace") has held exhibitions in new-Йорке and Chicago.

In catalog new-йоркской of the exhibition was published the Manifesto group, which read: "1. A work of art should speak for itself, to a person who is able to hear his speech. 2. It can not be taught. 3. The strength of the impression and credibility of a work depends on the depth of penetration into the source of the creative impulse and the inner significance of this source. 4. Our creativity, intuitive for the most part, aimed at the disclosure of various aspects of space — in human forms in the landscape and in the mapping of abstract images of the inner world. 5. In pursuit of this objective element of the technical design is secondary, not claiming to be self-contained meaning. 6. the Last performance was held in 1929 at 6-й the exhibition society "Life — creativity" in the district education House on Bolshaya Polyanka in Moscow (was displayed only graphic works).

In 2010, Santander (Spain) hosted the exhibition "the Cosmos of the Russian avant-garde" (El Cosmos de la vanguardia Rusa) where art "Amaravella" was covered adequately (in the catalog group in a separate article A. di Ruocco).
