Studied in Terijoki real school (1918-1922) Д. М. Палатко enjoyed the tips И. Е. Репина (1919-1923); VHUTEIN in Leningrad (1925-1927, not graduated) К. С. Петрова-Водкина, А. И. Савинова in 1927 занимался at В. В. Лебедева. In 1925-1928 — artist publishers "Surf", "Krasnaya Gazeta".

he Lived in Petrograd (Leningrad). Were picturesquely-пластического realism (1927-1932). In 1932 he was arrested on charges of anti-Soviet agitation and propaganda and sentenced to 5 годам camp with the replacement of the reference to 5 лет in Bashkiria, lived in Ufa. In 1934 paroled, returned to Leningrad.

Carried portraits, genre compositions, landscapes. Created series of easel graphics (ink, watercolor, pencil): "Sports" (1935-1936), "Box" (1939-1940), "the swimming pool" (1939-1940), "Ballet" (1958-1962).

In 1930-е worked at the Studio "Lenfilm"; made a film, "Youth of Maxim" (1935), "Return of Maxim" (1937), "the Vyborg side" (1939) Г. М. Козинцева and Л. З. Трауберга. From 1939 работал in experimental lithographic workshop LOSH; has created a series of lithographs "Leningrad partisans" (1967).

during the great Patriotic war worked in the publishing group of the Leningrad headquarters of the partisan movement on the Volkhov front, performing posters, leaflets, created a series of front-line sketches (1942-1944).

Illustrated books for publishing houses in Leningrad and Moscow: Detgiz, Goslitizdat, the Leningrad state publishing house, Molodaya Gvardiya, "fiction", "Children's literature" and others. Issued publications: "novel" (1945), "Sorochinskaya fair" (1947), "Evenings on a farm near Dikanka" (1948), "old world landowners" (1949), "Pram" (1952) Н. В. Гоголя; "Circus" (1949) and "Funny poems" (1950) В. А. Лившица, "Turkmen folk tales" (1953), "Our friend from a far country" Р. М. Михайлова (1954), "Poems and tales" В. А. Жуковского (1955), "Scarlet Sails. Running on the waves. Gold chain" А. С. Грина (1957), "the Forsyte Saga" by G. Verdi. Galsworthy (1958), "Ravens Ut-Реста" П. К. Асбьернсена (1962), "Under the flag of Catriona" Л. И. Борисова (1964), "We were five" К. Полачека (1965), "the Bird-правда. Spanish and Portuguese folk tales" (1968) and others.

From 1935 — participant of exhibitions (1-я exhibition of Leningrad artists in Leningrad). Member LOSCH (XLP, the Leningrad Union of artists; from 1934). Exhibited: young artists of the RSFSR (1941), works by Leningrad artists during the great Patriotic war (1942), all-Union art exhibitions (1954, 1955, 1967 — "50 лет Soviet power"), K 1-му all-Union Congress of Soviet artists (1957), the Republican art exhibition "Soviet Russia" (1967) in Moscow; "Leningrad during the blockade" in Perm (1943); sketches by Leningrad artists (1945), of works by Leningrad artists (including autumn exhibitions; 1948, 1952, 1953, 1956, 1958, 1960, 1962, 1963), "Book and easel graphics of Leningrad artists" (1955), watercolors and drawings (1959, 1965) in Leningrad; Leningrad book graphic art exhibitions in Moscow and Leningrad (1947, 1959, 1965); "Poster during the great Patriotic war" in Vologda (1963).

he Taught at the Ufa art school (1932-1933), the Leningrad Institute of engineering-коммунального construction (1933-1938), the Leningrad Institute of painting, sculpture and architecture (1944-1946), art Studio at the Leningrad House of cinema (1948-1952).

Komarovski Buried in the necropolis near St. Petersburg. The artist's father Б. В. Власова (1936-1981). Personal (posthumous) exhibition was held in Saint-Петербурге (2005).

Work is represented in major Museum collections, among them — of the State Russian Museum, State Tretyakov gallery, the Pushkin Museum im. А. С. Пушкина.
