In the early 1930, together with VG Tyagunovym, IV Ivanovski, M. Gurevich founded the creative group "TIGI" , of which traveled to Chiatura manganese development in Georgia. Together with Mikhail Gurevich and AA Shakhov was sent to Kuznetskstroi. In 1932 he took part in the Kara expedition.
