born in the family of a railroad employee James Afanasievicha Danko. The younger sister of the artist-ceramist Natalia Danko. She studied at the studios AA Murashko in Kiev, I. Mashkov and F. Rerberg in Moscow. In 1924-1925 worked in Moscow VHUTEMAS.

In 1916-1924 worked at the Petrograd (Leningrad) Porcelain Factory artist painting on porcelain (including painted ware in forms N. J. Danko). Participated in the exhibition of the State Porcelain Factory, National Peterhof Lapidary Works and tent smalt (1919), the Community of Artists exhibition in Petrograd (1922), an international exhibition of artistic and decorative arts in Paris (1925), exhibition of revolutionary and Soviet themes in Moscow (1930), jubilee exhibition "Artists of the RSFSR XV years in Leningrad (1932).

Since 1924 was a writer and puppeteer puppet theater. In 1923 he published an article about the Soviet porcelain in the newspaper "Artistic work", in 1938 - an introductory article to the directory "State Porcelain Plant. MV Lomonosov Moscow State University (Leningrad, 1938).
