he Studied in St. Petersburg at the Art school of Princess М. К. Тенишевой (1890) И. Е. Репина, the Drawing school Society for the encouragement of arts (1901-1902). For student work was awarded to low (1901) and (1902) silver medals.

I Lived in St. Petersburg, after 1907 — in revel, after 1917 — in Finland. He painted landscapes, portraits, still lifes, genre scenes. The author of the paintings: "Winter", "House", "House", "Flowers", "Along the garden", "Pond", "In the estate Buchungen", "Over the river" (all — 1900-е), "Thuringia. Place P.", "Roses", "Oak forest", "Landscape", "Kazansky bridge", "Primrose", "Birch" (all — 1910-е). Completed a series of works depicting interiors of the Palace in the estate of Orlov-Давыдовых joy.

Worked in the St. Petersburg magazine "Art and art industry" (1899), "Poppies" (1906), "the Capital and estate" (1917). He created sketches of embroideries, decorative panels. Member of the Society of Russian artists in Helsinki (1930).

Exhibited: the New society of artists (1905-1917, with interruptions), the Union of Russian artists (1906-1907), Spring exhibition in the halls of IAH (1910), 1-го ladies ' art circle (1910), the "Triangle" (1912), the society of independent (1914, 1916), of paintings by Petrograd artists (1917), exhibition of sketches at the Art Bureau Н. Е. Добычиной (1917) in St. Petersburg — Petrograd, watercolors, pastels, tempera and drawings (1906), St. Petersburg spring exhibition in the gallery Lemercier (1910), Moscow fellowship of artists (1911) in Moscow.

Work is represented in many regional Museum collections.
