In 1899-1902 — retired from the College in Germany, France, Italy.

In 1890-е — 1900-е performed designs for fabrics for Prokhorov (Trekhgornij) factory in Moscow, Wallpaper, decorations, furniture, sketches, items of silver and glass jewelry. Participated in the decoration of the mansion С. П. Елисеева at the car Wash. Completed sketches of the interiors of the Palace of Oranienbaum. He wrote easel landscapes ("the lake", "Prehistoric landscape") and still lifes ("Azalea", "wild flowers", "Hydrangeas", "Phlox"). From 1905 he worked at the Imperial porcelain factory (GFZ, LFZ) in the position of draftsman-композитора, 1906 (1935) was the head of painting Studio of the factory, was the head of Drawing classes at the Imperial factories. In the second half of 1900-х — 1910-х developed projects of the painted vases with polychrome enamel (vase "Peacocks", 1906; "Semilistnik", 1908). He created sketches of mural subjects of propaganda porcelain, plates: "the Victory of workers 25 октября" (1920), "Proletarians of all countries, unite!", "The victory of the workers. 1917-1920", "Save the revolution — to help the starving" (all — 1921), "long live the IX Congress" (1922), dishes: "1 мая 1921" (1921), set "the hammer, Sickle and book" (1921) and others. From 1936 — the head of the painting Studio of the Volkhov porcelain factory. According to some, in 1938 he lived in the village of Proletary Novgorod region, where he worked as a painter at a porcelain factory "Proletarian". Was repressed.

From 1902 — participated in exhibitions. Exhibited at the exhibitions of the Society of Russian watercolorists (1902, 1903, 1905), Blanc et noir (1903), Community of artists (1928), International exhibition art-декоративных arts in Paris (1925, gold medal), "Artists of the RSFSR for XV years" in Leningrad (1932).

Works are in major Museum collections, including the State Hermitage Museum (Museum of the Imperial porcelain factory), the State Russian Museum, State Historical Museum, State Museum of ceramics and the manor Kuskovo XVIII century and others.
