One of the first masters of Soviet postage stamps; has performed more than 700 проектов postage stamps dedicated to including the history of the Soviet state. Since 1922 — participated in exhibitions. Member AHRR — akhr (1926-1932). He showed his works at exhibitions: "Artists of the RSFSR for XV years" (1934), Soviet coloured engraving 20-летию the great October socialist revolution (1937), a Soviet color engraving (1937) in Moscow, all-Union art exhibition "industry of socialism" (1939) in Moscow, Leningrad and other. Participated in many international exhibitions: in Germany (1922), Italy (1927), USA (1929), Czechoslovakia (1934), Bulgaria (1936), Paris (1937). 1926 — Exhibitor of all international exhibitions of postage stamps.

he Taught at a Special College of "Goznak" (1929-1933). 1968 — honored artist of the RSFSR.
