he Studied at the Moscow school of painting (graduated in 1915). Lived near Abramtsevo. Participated in the implementation of the plan of monumental propaganda, under which executed the obelisk "North" in Arkhangelsk (1929-1930). Created two bas-reliefs for the facade of the theater in Leninakan (1927, gypsum), the monument project В. И. Ленину (1929), sculpture "the Farmer" and "worker" for the pavilion "Volga" at VSHV (1938-1940, gypsum). The author of a number of easel works of art (portraits).

From 1917 — participant of exhibitions (2-я regular spring exhibition of young artists in Moscow). Member of the Society of Moscow artists (1927-1932), the Union of artists of the USSR. Exhibited: works of graphics, sculpture and ceramics by artists of the Moscow region in Moscow (1955).

he Taught at the Abramtsevo art and-промышленном school (1942-1960).
