Studied in the Studio of И. И. Машкова in Moscow (1916-1917). He painted landscapes, still lifes, genre scenes; worked a lot in watercolors. Participated in exhibitions of the Moscow Association of artists (1917, 1918), "Jack of diamonds" (1917), World of art (1917) in Moscow.
