Boskin Mikhail
painter, graphic artist, set designer.
From 1889 he studied at the Drawing School of the Society for the Encouragement of Arts, then studied at the IAH as an auditor. In 1908 he traveled to Germany and France. Since 1911 he lived permanently in Sergiev Posad (from 1930 to 1991 - Zagorsk).
worked in the field of magazine graphics, worked in magazines "North" (1898), "Rodina" (1911). He was a member and exhibitor of the Moscow Association of Artists (1903-1905), the Moscow Society of Art Lovers (1906), TPHV (1907, 1911-1914, 1916, 1917), Sergiev Posad Branch AHRR (AChR). Many worked in watercolor technique. The designer was Sergievsky Drama Theater.
personal exhibition took place in 1930 and 1987 in Zagorsk.
Boskin works are in several museum collections, including the State Tretyakov Gallery.
