he Studied at the State school of printing in the First exemplary printing house (1920-1925) Л. Ф. Жегина, Н. М. Чернышева, М. С. Родионова, С. В. Герасимова, М. А. Доброва.

he Lived in Moscow. He worked in easel, book and magazine graphics; studied etching. Author of landscapes, portraits, still life (watercolor, gouache, pastel, ink, charcoal): "Landscape" (1927), "Sleeping boy" (1928), "the Cow" (1928), "portrait of a sister" (1929), "Calf" (late 1920-х), "Girl" (1930), "Ping-понг" (1930), "still life with feather", "a Pot with a glass vase" (both — 1980). Has created a series of drawings (graphite pencil, colour pencils) and engravings depicting animals (1926-1932) and insects (1970).

In 1920-е designed toys-самоделки (model paper) for the publishing house "Peasant newspaper." Collaborated with the publishing house "Young guard"; illustrated books: "the Chase in the country of silence" С. Уайта (1930), "the adventures of Mac-Леггана" Ч. Робертса (1930). Worked in the magazine "Young naturalist" (1930-1941). Painted filmstrips for children: "the little mouse Peak" В. В. Бианки (1935), "About the mouse, the bird and the sausage" by the brothers Grimm (1936).

From 1927 — participated in exhibitions. A member and Exhibitor Association "Way art" (1927-1930). Participated in exhibition of Soviet artists in Paris (1928). A member of the Union of artists of the USSR (from 1983). Held a personal exhibition in Moscow (1983).
