From a merchant family, hereditary honorary citizen of Moscow, member of the trading house "Wisniewski Е. Л. and F. of BD.". Studied at the Central Stroganov school of technical drawing (graduated in 1905), the Moscow school of painting (1906-1912) at the architectural Department. Graduated with the title of architect.

he Lived in Moscow. Had a small private architectural practice. Completed and built apartment houses: Е. Столяренко ("House-терем", 1901, together with А. Хойнацким), В. Гильдебрандта (1901), a wing of the urban HOMESTEAD Р. Майкапар (1901), railway station (not preserved) in Kiev; has created a village Church near Moscow for А. Е. Ефремова. After the October revolution worked on the design of residential and public buildings, the measurements of architectural monuments.

a Member and Exhibitor Association "Free creativity" (from 1911), member of the Moscow architectural society (MAO, 1913).

he Taught at the Moscow female grammar school А. Ф. Гросман.

he was Buried at the Vvedenskoye cemetery in Moscow.
