HEATH Charles (Karl Osipovich (I.); Charles Heath)
Linguist, watercolorist, draftsman
he Studied at the University of Cambridge. In 1850 he came to Russia. Lived in St. Petersburg and Pavlovsk. In 1856-1878, he taught English language and literature in the Imperial Alexander Lyceum and the Naval Academy, and in 1877 entered the service of the Imperial court.
