Painter, graphic artist

he Studied at the Moscow school of painting (1880-е), then the IAH — Higher art Institute of painting, sculpture and architecture under the Imperial Academy of arts (1888-1894). During the years of study was awarded twice with silver small and one large silver medal, 1889 — received a small incentive medal, 1894 — the title of the artist 1-й degree for the painting "the Rookie" and "the Last crop".

he Lived in Moscow and Kursk province. Worked as a genre painter, landscape painter, portraitist. Author paintings: "the organ Grinder", "the foundling", "Queue pool", "Portrait of the children of Mr. N", "the junk shop", "Twilight" (all — 1890-е), "Tatar village in Crimea" (1902).

From 1895 — participated in exhibitions. Exhibited at the exhibitions of Moscow society of art lovers (1895, 1897, 1898, 1901), Moscow Association of artists (1896, 1899-1902, 1907), TPHV (1902, 1916), the society of South Russian artists in Odessa (1896, 1900-1907).

he Taught at the icon workshop in Borisov Kursk province (1902-1916).
