Painter, graphic artist

he Studied at Odessa drawing school (1883-1888), the Imperial Academy of arts — Higher art Institute of painting, sculpture and architecture under the Imperial Academy of arts (1888-1894). In 1889 he was awarded small silver medal, in 1894 — the title of class artist of 3-й degree.

Lived in Odessa. Created landscapes, genre scenes; worked a lot in watercolors. Author paintings: "Fees", "View on the river," "visiting student", "Poor", "White night", "From the environs of Odessa"; watercolors: "On the Zhdanovka river", "Dressmaker", "Nocturne", "Night quiet".

a Member and Exhibitor of the society of South Russian artists in Odessa (1893-1896, 1909, 1910, 1912-1917, 1919); participated in the Spring exhibitions in the halls of the Imperial Academy of arts (1898, 1907, 1908), the exhibitions of the Society of Russian watercolorists (1901, 1907) in St. Petersburg.
