The Vasily Kandinsky retrospective opens in Madrid
In Madrid, at the cultural center CentroCentro ("Centrocentro", The Cibeles Palace)opens a retrospective of works Vasily Kandinsky from the collection of the Centre Pompidou in Paris. the Exhibition consists of four sections — "Munich 1896-1914", "Russia 1914-1921", "Bauhaus 1921-1933" and "Paris 1933-1944" and talks about key periods of Kandinsky's life. The exhibition presents paintings, watercolors and engravings, including "Improvisation № 3" (1909), "In grey" (1919), "Yellow-red-blue" (1925) and "Blue sky" (1940).
