In the NCCA continues the Festival of contemporary art collections 2014. Tonight opens the exhibition of the Swiss contemporary art from the Museum collection Migros@

the Museum of modern art Migros (Migros Museum für Gegenwartskunst), established in 1996 year in Zurich, has a significant collection of works by artists from different countries, which includes the work of recognized masters of the art of the second half of the twentieth century, and young authors shaping the contemporary art scene. At its Foundation lay the Gottlieb collection Duttweiler, Creator largest retailer, Migros. Subsequently, it is enriched through collaboration with artists. Support bold, ambitious projects by contemporary authors have enriched collection of vibrant works. An important place in the collection of the Museum is the Swiss art, which will be presented to the Moscow audience. the center of attention of curators was the practice of artists, or otherwise associated with the search for a new language in art — experiments in the field of painting and sculpture, installations, photography projects and video works. Among show in Moscow works — scale installation Valentin Carron, "Rance Club IV" (Club Belgian marble (IV) — one of the iconic objects the Venice Biennale 2013 years that addresses the problem of the authenticity of the "monuments" of cultural heritage: fragments are reproduced in ephemeral materials. URS Fischer, one of the world's most famous Swiss artists, presents his early work "Leiter" (Ladder) — connecting a readymade artificial, beautiful shadow on the wall. Two works of Pamela Rosenkranz, who will represent Switzerland at the Venice Biennale in 2015 year, demonstrate the commitment of the artist to play with images borrowed from the world of advertising and art history of the twentieth century. The theme of "performative objects", erected to the rank of works of art, pick up San Keller, fischli and Weiss. Important place in the exhibition is a video work documenting the already historic performances Heidi Bucher and Roman Signer, audiovisual installations Hugo Rondinone, Stefan Burger and Duo Lutz/Guggisberg, ironic video tour "in the Oval office with George W. Bush" Christoph Büchel and "mom's apartment" Costa Vece@
