he Studied at Odessa art school (1930-1936) П. Г. Волокидина and Т. Б. Фраермана. In 1936 выполнил diploma painting "the grape harvest".

Lived in Odessa. The participant of the great Patriotic war.

Performed a thematic paintings, landscapes, still lifes. Author of painting works: "On pasture" (1937), "Fire in the port" (1947), "Harvest" (1948), "Foremen-полеводы" (1949), "the Crimean coast" (1952), "After a hot day" (1954), "Twilight on the sea" (1957), "Calm" (1962), "Crimean landscape" (1964), "Native land" (1965), "Vineyards" (1966), "Golden time" (1969).

From 1936 — participant of exhibitions (exhibition of sketches and drawings of Odessa artists in Odessa). A member of the Union of artists of the USSR (1947). Exhibited: exhibition of works of artists of the USSR (1938) in Kharkov; 1-й exhibition sector of art-скульптурных studios (1939-1940), Odessa artists dedicated to the 30th-летию the great October socialist revolution (1947), Regional art exhibitions (1952, 1954 — dedicated 300-летию of the reunification of Ukraine with Russia, 1955, 1962 — exhibition of sketches) in Odessa; Republican art exhibitions (1948, 1949, 1950, 1968 — on the 50-летию the great October socialist revolution) in Kiev; Anniversary exhibition of works of artists of the USSR (1938), Reporting the exhibition of the group of artists working in the House of creativity "Gurzuf" (1950), the fine arts of the Ukrainian SSR, devoted to the 300-летию of the reunification of Ukraine with Russia (1954), all-Union art exhibition (1965 — "On guard for peace") in Moscow and others. Held a personal exhibition in Odessa (1950).

Work is represented in several Museum collections, among them — national art Museum of Ukraine in Kiev, Odessa state-краеведческий Museum.
