ROZHANKOVSKY Fyodor

Biographical information about the artist scarce.
Art education in private school studio F. Rerberg in Moscow and MUZHVZ.
In 1920-30's he worked in Paris, Berlin and London.
In 1940 he settled in New York. Engaged in design, advertising, postcards, book and magazine illustration. The most popular of his illustrations for children's books ( "Daniel Boone", "Frog-traveler") and erotic graphics. Work Rozhankovskogo often reproduced in magazines and exhibited at trade shows book graphics.
In 1973 FAR Gallery in New York held a memorial exhibition of the artist.
