original artistic skills obtained in the icon workshop Kiev-Pechersk Lavra (1903-1909). In the early - mid 1900's, under the leadership of JS Izhakevicha participated in the painting of churches in the Kiev-Pechersk Lavra and Ekaterinoslavle.

Studied at Kiev Art School (1911-1915) at VK Menka, AA Murashko, the Higher Art School of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture at IAH in St. Petersburg (1915-1917) by Vladimir Makovsky, Kiev Art Institute (1925-1927) y FG Krichevsky.

lived in Kiev. He worked as a landscape painter, genre painter. Participated in exhibitions of the Association of Artists of Kiev (1918), the Association of Artists of Ukraine Chervonnaya (1927, 1928). Has exhibited his works in group exhibition "In the villages, small towns and cities of Ukraine" (1926) in Kiev, the Ukrainian mobile commemorative exhibition marking the 10 anniversary of the October (1927) 1 st traveling exhibition on the right-bank Ukraine (1929) in Romny (Poltava region ) and others.
