Independently scored the films: "journey beyond three seas" В. М. Пронина and Х. Аббаса (1957, USSR — India), "Old men-разбойники" Э. А. Рязанова (1971) and several others.

Participated in the design of films: "Court of honor" А. М. Роома (1948, together with П. Д. Киселевым), "Heroes of SHIPKA" С. Д. Васильева (1954, USSR — Bulgaria; in cooperation with the Bulgarian artist Г. Поповым), "Unbelievable adventures of Italians in Russia" (1973, USSR — Italy; together with А. Н. Захаровым). Worked on film posters.

Participated in exhibitions: artists of the movies (1947, 1952); Soviet movie posters (1953); all-Union art exhibitions (1964, 1955, 1961); works of artists of theatre and cinema of Moscow (1956); to the exhibition 1-му all-Union Congress of Soviet artists (1957); painting, drawing, ceramics, artists of theatre and cinema (1959); Republican art exhibition "Soviet Russia" (1960); of Moscow artists (1960) in Moscow and others.

he Taught at the state Institute of cinematography (since 1944), Professor (since 1965). One of the initiators of publications and Executive editor of the album "Artists of the Soviet cinema" (Moscow, 1972). Honored art worker of the RSFSR (1959) people's artist of the USSR (1985). Member of-корреспондент of the USSR Academy of arts (since 1973).

he was Buried at Kuntsevo cemetery in Moscow.
