Biographical details are scarce.

Studied the national skill Petrikov painting — "Maliki" under the guidance of his mother. Lived in the village Rudanka Solonyansky district of Dnepropetrovsk region. Author floral and ornamental compositions, decorative panels. The works on display at 1-й the Republican exhibition of folk art in Kiev (1936). Master of folk art of the USSR (1936), a member of the Union of artists of the USSR (1962).

Work is represented in several Museum collections, among them — Lugansk regional art Museum, Dnipropetrovsk art Museum, etc.
