he Studied at the Odessa art College (1942-1947) Л. Е. Мучника, Н. А. Павлюка, П. С. Кононовского; the Moscow state art Institute. В. И. Сурикова (1947-1953) Д. К. Мочальского, Ф. А. Модорова. In 1953 the diploma work — picture "Future officers".

Lived in Odessa. He painted landscapes, portraits, thematic pictures. Author paintings: "Surf" (1952), "Noon" (1953), "Indian summer" (1956), "the peasant squads Battle with the Cossacks. 1905 год", "Lonely accordion" (1957), "On the lake" (1958-1960), "Submarine" (1960), "the Fisherman" (1963), "border Guards" (1964-1965), "Vineyards" (1966) and others.

From 1953 — participant of exhibitions (2-ая all-Union exhibition of diploma works of students of art institutes of the USSR in Moscow). A member of the Odessa organization of the Union of artists of the USSR. Exhibited: works by artists-маринистов (1954), all-Union exhibitions of works by artists-маринистов (1955, 1961), the young artists of the Soviet Union 6-му world festival of youth and students (1957), all-Union art exhibitions (1957 — "On guard for peace", 1965 — "50 лет Soviet power", 1967), "Flourish land farm" (1964) in Moscow; Odessa regional art exhibitions (1954, 1955, 1960) in Odessa; works by artists-маринистов (1955), Republican art exhibitions (1957, 1960 — "Soviet Ukraine", 1961) in Kyiv and other. Participant of several foreign exhibitions — in Poland, Bulgaria, Italy, USA. Honored artist of the Ukrainian SSR (1972).

Work is represented in many Museum collections of Ukraine and Russia, among them — national art Museum of Ukraine in Kiev, Odessa art Museum, the national Museum. А. Шептицкого in Lviv, Alupka Palace-парковый Museum-заповедник, Yeisk historical-краеведческий Museum. В. В. Самсонова.
