he Lived in Kursk and the eagle (1960). He was married to artist-графике Л. Н. Былинко the father of the artist Е. К. Былинко. He painted landscapes, genre pictures. Author paintings: "Rafts on the Volga" (1957), "В. И. Ленин in Shushenskoe" (1959), "Pink evening", "cityscape", "Elevator" (1963), "the Thaw" (1963, tempera), "Moscow. 1941 год" (1966, tempera), "Steel-rolling plant" (1967, tempera), "the crossing" (1971-1976), "March trouble" (1975).

From 1953 — participated in exhibitions. A member of the Union of artists of the USSR. Participated in exhibitions: Regional exhibitions of works of artists Kursk in Kursk (1957 — is confined to 40-летию October revolution; 1959); "land of black soil" in Voronezh (1964); Regional art exhibition dedicated to the 25th-летию of the Oryol branch of Union of artists of the RSFSR in the eagle (1965); Art exhibition by 25-летию of the defeat of the-фашистских troops near Moscow in Moscow (1966) and others. Held personal exhibitions in Ryazan and Orel.

he Taught at Kursk artistic-графическом College (1952-1960), Orel pedagogical Institute (1960); associate Professor, head of Department of fine art.

Work is represented in several Museum collections, among them — picture gallery, Kursk, Oryol oblast picture gallery, Udmurt Republican Museum of fine arts in Izhevsk.
