the artist's Son Ф. П. Брюллова the nephew of artists А. П., И. П. and К. П. Брюлловых. He studied at the Imperial Academy of arts (circa 1846-1850), at the architectural Department at А. П. Брюллова. For student work was awarded with a minor (1846) and large (1847) silver medals.
