he Studied at the Moscow polygraphic Institute (1976-1977) at the Department of book graphics, at the Institute of painting, sculpture and architecture named after. И. Е. Репина (1980-1984) at the faculty of history and theory of art.

Lives in Moscow. One of the conceptual founders of the group "Mukhomor" (1978-1984). Participated in production of several self-published albums, which contained pictures, poems, photos. In 1978-1979 the group participated in the shooting of movies (video-арт): "Winter Olympics", "horror Movie (9 мая 1979 года)", "child Abduction", "the Song of the merchant Kalashnikov", "Summer Olympics", "Julius Caesar". Participated in actions: "the Attic window" (1981), "Identification" (1981), "a Gift (birthday)" (1982), the author of "pen Test" (1983) and others.

From 1982 — active participant of exhibitions of unofficial ART gallery-АRT. The author of paintings and objects: "1990 год" (1988), "new-Йорк", "Will", "Musical thought", "Transparency" (all — 1990); series and collages: "Cheers", "Russian layer" (1987), "Announcement" (1986-1987).

In 1984-1986 he was in military service on Sakhalin. Organizer, lead singer and songwriter of the musical group "Central Russian upland" (1986-1987). Founder and participant of exhibitions Association "Club of avant-gardists" (CLAUDIA, 1986) — in particular, "Creative atmosphere and artistic process" (1987).

From 1994's printing business, advertising, publishing of journals. In 2005 back to exhibitions, working in collaboration with her daughter Christina Gundlach (installation "Womb of dreams", 2005).
