he Studied at the Fedoskino art vocational school (1958-1950), Moscow secondary school of art (1951-1956) В. В. Леоновича Moscow higher art and-промышленном school (1956-1957).

Lives in Sergiev Posad (Zagorsk). In 1957-1992 — artist of the Zagorsk artistic-промышленной workshop. Author of landscapes, portraits, still lifes and thematic paintings: "the Soldier's song" (1956), "the Alley" (1957), "Portrait С. К. Макарова" (1959), "In the country" (1961), "portrait of a girl" (1964), "Motherhood" (1965), "Skiers" (1966-1968), "Portrait of mother" (1969), "Beer" (1966-1970). The artist's father А. Л. Демина.

From 1956 — participant of exhibitions (exhibition of works Zagorski of artists of Zagorsk). Member of the USSR Union of artists (since 1960). Participated in exhibitions: "Zagorskoe artists" (1957), "the Memory of the Altai" (2004) in Zagorsk (Sergiev Posad); portrait artists of the Moscow region (1959), "Artists of Moscow region — XXII Congress of the CPSU" (1961), "In unison" (1964), works of artists of Moscow region (1966, 1971), works of young artists of Moscow region (1967), "Artists of Moscow" (1972), works of artists of Zagorsk (1975), 3-й zonal art exhibition "Moscow" (1990), 10-й all-Russian art exhibition "Russia" (2004), "Artists of Sergiev Posad" (2004) in Moscow; the all-Russian art exhibition "Heritage" in Voronezh (2003), and others. Collaborated with son exhibition in Moscow (2011), solo exhibition in Sergiev Posad (2012, dedicated to the 80-летию birthday). Honored artist of the Russian Federation.
